The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon through the Approved Purchase Request amounting to Three Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Pesos (PhP372,770.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the project described hereunder.

Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Late Bid shall not be accepted.

The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon now invites eligible bidders/suppliers/ distributors/manufacturers/contractors to bid for the Supply and Delivery of Goods described above. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty Calendar Days (30 CD) upon receipt of the Notice of Delivery. Bidders should have completed within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract similar to the contract / project to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is pursuant to section up to section in the Rule VIII of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion and all particular relative to Eligibility Statement/Document and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, post-Qualification and award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its 8th Edition 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by eligible bidders on the date of its issuance/availability and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount stated above at the Municipal Treasurers Office.

Bids must be delivered to the Office of the BAC Secretariat on or before 2:30pm of February 24, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable form in the amount not less than the required percentage of the ABC in accordance with the schedule stated in section 27.2 Rule VIII of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.

The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expense incurred in the preparation of the bid.

Further, the Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon/BAC concerned hereby reserves the right to declare the bidding a failure, to curtail the process of bidding in any stage, reject any or all bid, waive any defect therein without disclosing any reason and accept the offer most advantageous to the Municipal Government of General Nakar, Quezon.
