The Barangay Government of Barangay Catablingan, General Nakar, Province of Quezon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to bid for the project listed as follow:

Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Opening and Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct evaluation/post qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to the Opening of Bids, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its 8th Edition 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Eligibility and Bid Forms/ Requirements are now available for issuance to prospective bidders at the BAC Secretariats Office upon their payment of fees to the Municipal Government Cashier. Eligibility forms will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) for the above mentioned project, as per GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012 dated February 24, 2012.

The Barangay Government of Barangay Catablingan, General Nakar, Quezon assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.

Further, The Barangay Government of Barangay Catablingan, General Nakar, Quezon/ BAC concerned hereby reserves the right to declare the bidding a failure , to curtail the process of bidding in any stages, reject any or all bids, waive any defect(s) therein without disclosing any reason and accept the offer most advantageous to the barangay government of Barangay Catablingan, General Nakar, Quezon.
